Description

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. IT IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is to gain knowledge of qualified sources for a potential contract to provide a high-level diversity assessment for approximately 800 employees of the U.S. Census Bureau. The efforts will include: (1) The review of organizational data and information, (2) site visit, (3) diversity assessment survey, (4) focus group sessions; and (5) personnel interviews. The government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) NLT March 11, 2002, and complete the selection process within 30 days from the date the RFP is issued. We intend to use the GSA Schedule or other similar schedule to acquire the services. Include in your response your company's name, point of contract, GSA or other supply schedule program contract number, telephone number, fax number, email address for point of contact, capability statement (in MSWord or WordPerfect), and your desire to be included as an addressee for future correspondence associated with this announcement.
