Thompson, Contracting Officer, FAX Number (256) 842-6215. No telephone request wi ll be accepted. PRON: AX149454AX, NSN: 1615-01-411-8452; Quantity: 1,388 each, Part Number: 70102-08200-050, NOUN: Bearing, Accessory, Spindl, applicable to the UH-60 Blackhawk Airframe. This item is restricted due to urgency to Lord Corporation (Vendor Co de 76005) and Chicago Rawhide (Vendor Code 80201), whom first article has been waived. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Stockton, CA, Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery 250 each 180 days after contract award (DACA) 250 Subsequent Monthl y Qty. Documentation is adequate for full and open competition; however, acquisition of this item from any other source than Lord Corporation or Chicago Rawhide would require First Article submission and testing. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Firms that recog nize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under S AR information. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., Sec 27 51 Et Seq) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer that w ill be considered by the Agency. See Numbered Notes 23, and 26.
