Description

This synopsis is a revision of the previous synopsis issued on February 26, 2002. Pre-solicitation Notice number MLM200212411, posted February 26, 2002 for professional, administrative, and management support services is hereby amended to allow for competitive quotations. Provide for registration materials and professional services for the CDC, National Centers for Health Statistics, Data Users Conference held at the OMNI Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC from July 15-17, 2002. Full conference registrations services to include: a) Registration Form/Database b) Registration off the Web c) Registration by FAX or Mail d) Conference DataBase e) Registrant Confirmation Letter f) Registrant Badges g) Registrant Packet and Ribbons h) Directory of Attendees and i) Reporting Requirements. Request will be filled under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with written quotations on Standard Form 1449. Request for Quotation number MLM200212411 will be issued on or about March 1, 2002. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(a).
