- Description
- The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for supplies to Kraft Telerobotics INC. 11667 W. 90th Street, Overland Park, Kansas, 66214. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this request for quotation is FQ3CED20300200. This requirement is for the following, CLIN 0001, 1 (ONE) RF Telemetry system to provide a wireless data link for the control of 2 Kraft force feedback manipulator arms. Freq: 2.4GHz, Format: DSSS, Bandwidth: 10MHz maximum, Link distance: 1.5 mi. line of sight, RF Power: .5 watts, Yagi antenna included for base station, omni directional antenna included for mobile unit. Items are specific to existing manipulator arms on current robotic system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334511; 750 size standard. Supplies will be delivered to Eglin AFB on an FOB Destination basis. Delivery date after award is 16 weeks.
