Description: The dollar threshold for the following Defense Supply Center Philadelphia procurement automated systems has increased: Standard Automated Materiel Management System (SAMMS) Procurement Electronic Data Exchange (SPEDE Rehost), SAMMS Automated Small Purchase System II (SASPS II), and the Procurement Automated Contract Evaluation (PACE) system. The increased threshold is $25,000 for all of the above mentioned procurement automated systems. The Simplified Purchase Agreement has been updated to reflect these changes and can be viewed via the Internet at: http://www.dscp.dla.mil/contract/SPA_1999.pdf
