Description

NA The U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center intends to solicit Northrop Grumman Information Technology/Technical Service-Logicon DPC, 8027 Laurel Lakes Court, Laurel, Maryland 20707. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation DAAD05-02-T-0237 for commerc ial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented. This requirement is for Video Teleconference Upgrade for the Command at Fort Belvoir. If you are interested in responding, please email the Contract Specialist requesting a copy of the solicitation DAAD05-02-T-0237. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial. Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, a comple ted copy must be provided with offers. Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
