- Description
- Request for quotes for the following services. Full Service Maintenance for the following Canon Copiers and accessories. Model IR8500 to include 90,000 copies per month to includes sfk3, paperfoldc1, punchunitb1 and mpdlbdh1. Service to include all parts, labor, drum, rollers, sorter and feeder. Performance period: 8 Months estimated 2-13-02 through 09-30-02. Full Service Maintenance for: Model CLC1000, plus Colorpass v80 and all accessories. Performance period 9 months anticipated from January 1, 2002 through september 30,2002. Maintenance to include all parts, labor, drum, rollers, sorter, feeder and other parts of equipment. To include 10,000 copies per month. Full Service Maintenance for a CLC800 with colorpass 4000 to include 5,000 copies per month. Quantity of two copiers. Performance period: approximately 9 months. Maintenance to include all parts, labor, drum, rollers, sorters, feeders etc and service. Contractor is to provide monthly costs and cost per excess copy. Contractor is required to provide a proposal outlining their method of maintaining the equipment inclusive of preventive maintenance. If pre-inspection is required, then a price should be included in the proposal for this service. Commercial Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this requirement per FAR part 12.
