Description: The Naval Aviation Depot (NADEP), MCAS, Cherry Point, NC intends to establish a contract for the inspection and repair/remanufacture of 3rd stage low pressure compressor blades, P/N: B912400A, with Praxair Surface Technologies, Inc., 1500 Polco Street, Indianapolis, IN on a sole source basis. The requirement is for a base period of one year with provisions for one (1) twelve-month option period. Praxair is the only company approved and authorized by the engine manufacture, Rolls Royce, to perform this remanufacturing process. See Numbered Note(s): 22, 26.
