Destination with deliveries to Camp Carroll Korea AWR Gen Supply APO and New Cumberland PA. The closi ng date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, but limited to the approved small businesses' Cage (06710) Valley- Todeco, INC.12975 Bradely AVE., Sylmer CA., 91342 Cage (2v343) Apex Manufacturing Co.,INC. 11686 Tuxford ST.,Sun Valley, CA 91352 and (56878) SPS Technologies INC., Aerospace Division, 301 Highland AVE., Jenkintown PA., 190 46-2692. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. Frist Article Test Report is due 108 days DACA and the remaining production Quantity due 150 days DADA at a rate of 233 each per month. Required delivery without FAT is 233 each per month, 120 days DACA. Firms that recog nize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
