Description

The 38 EIG/PKK intends to procure on a sole source basis local telephone service for for Dannelly ANGB AL. The intended contractor is BellSouth Telecommunications Inc. The contract shall provide the following services: 7 voice circuits, 2 T1s, 1 ringdown circuit, 2 data over voice circuits, 1 PRI ISDN, and 600 DID numbers. The period of performance shall be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be Montgomery AL. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). BellSouth Telecommunications Inc has been the only respondent to bids in this area. The Government intends to issue a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) written against Basic Agreement F3460897H0021. Note 22.
