Description

Using Commercial Items procedure pursuant to FAR Part 12, the GSA, PBS, Pacific Rim Region intends to procure and award the establishment and operation of service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food and nonalcoholic beverages and such other products the Government may authorize at the Prince Kuhio Federal Building/US Courthouse, 300 Ala Moana Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii. Award may be made to the State Licensing Agency (SLA) for the blind, if it submits an offer which is determined to be in the final competitive range, in accordance with the Randolph-Sheppard Act Amendments of 1974 (20 U.S.C. 107). It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for Five Year Based Period with Two Five-Year Options for a total of Fifteen Years. Solicitation No. GS09P02KSC0026 is estimated to be uploaded and issued on March 19, 2002. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
