Description

This project includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of a replacement main water line for the building including all costs for connection to main water underground utility pipe and valve, service piping connections in the building, testing and installing new grounding connections. Provide security fencing about exterior construction area to permit excavating and installation of new main water piping to replace existing. Provide new 12"x12"x8" tee for tap at 12" water main and piping into building with 8" water main. Provide new 8" gate valve in grade box. Provide new concrete work. Provide testing, report and connections of existing grounding conductors to new piping installation in the area. The completion time for this project is 74 calendar days. NAICS is 234910 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The etimate price for the work covered by this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is open to all business concerns. For reasons of security, all requests for a copy of the solication and drawings must be submitted in writing. Any request for a copy of the documents must be made on a company's official letterhead accompanied by an original signature of an officer of the company, and the officer's title. In order for the request to be valid, the requestor must also provide a copy of one of the following documents: (1)Company's current business license, (2) a valid Dun and Bradstreet number, or (3) a valid state driver's liscense. No fax, telephone, or e-mail requests will be honored. No hardcopies of the solicitation will be mailed. All solicitations will be stored on compact disc and mailed to the requestor upon receipt required information.
