- Description
- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Lawrence Taylor, 6103 Colonial Terrace, Camp Springs, MD 20748 for continued assistance in documentation of current and improved administrative procedures. Period of performance is through September 30, 2002. The basis for the proposed non-competitive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other source possesses the capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this service. The intent of this synopsis is for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be issued.
