- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F61775-01-T-0239 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Funds for this acquisition are available. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This acquisition is unrestricted. SIC: 2541. Schedule of items: This requirement is for Flat pack Wardrobes. Any equal offered must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number. Offerors of any equal must also include descriptive literature and any proposed modifications making an _or equal_ item conform to specifications CLIN 0001 Flat pack Wardrobes, 450 Ea., specifications are as follows: Size Assembled-36? Wide x 75? High x 25? Deep Size Flatpacked-36? Wide x 75? High x 7? Deep Description- 18mm carcass infill panels of oak veneered plywood with P.U. Lacquer finish, folding base top and shelf complete with chrome oval hanging rail. Back panel to be 6mm white melamine faced MDF. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
