Description: Furnish and place all materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to place hot bituminous asphalt pavement on a requirements-type basis in accordance with applicable terms, conditions, specifications, and plans. Work will be performed on designated National Forest Development Roads in the Tennessee Counties of Carter, Cocke, Greene, Johnson, Sullivan, and Unicoi. Contract period: one year from the date of award.
