Description

NA Crime Victim and Witness notification and information in support of the United States Disciplinary Barracks which is a maximum-security military prison on Fort Leavenworth. The contractor shall provide victim notification service on a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week basis through its automated call center. The service must include a dedicated special telephone number for the customer?s use of the call center. The service must inc lude the processing of incoming and outgoing victim calls. The service provider is responsible for all development associated with processing of the notification signal and actual notification attempts once the signal has been transmitted. The North Americ an Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541990. The size standard for a small business concern. Including it?s affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $5 million . The RFQ is to be issued on or about 31 January 2002. You must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) database in order to receive award (www.ccr2000.com). All requests should be in writing and reference DABT19-02-Q-0004. Request shall i nclude complete company name, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, taxpayer identification number, business size, cage code, DUNS number and nine digit code. Also indicate if this is a women owned, minority, veteran?s owned or Hub Zone business. Failure to provide this information may eliminate company from being awarded the bid.
