Description

The General Services Administration is soliciting proposals for Renovations and Alterations of the U.S. Marshals Space at the J.L. McMillian Federal Building and Courthouse, 401 West Evans Street, Florence, SC. The project includes but is not limited to the renovations of space including the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and addition of a vehicular salleyport and elevator tower to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Estimated cost Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Contract completion time is 280 calendar days. Anticipated bid opening date is March 14, 2002. The NAICS Code is 233320. Hardcopy of plans and specifications can be viewed at the above contracting office. Requests for printed copies of the specifications and drawings must be submitted in writing to the above contracting office, faxed to 704-344-6250 or via email. Certification of business status must be approved prior to release of solicitation documents. Valid certification includes submission of a (1) valid business license and (2) DUNS number or valid states driver's license. This notice serves as the Presolicitation Invitation Notice. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING SOLICITED AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.
