Description

Services, Nonpersonal: To furnish all labor, materials, facilities, and transportation to provide the below listed service : A monthly worldwide aviation database service for flight planning. This service is provided via the Internet for updates. The service requirements include access to the following information: - Flight plans (Full, Short, Abbreviated, Flight Plans) - Low Altitude Plans (LA) - Route Proof (RP) - Automatic Flight Plan Filing - Graphic Weather Maps - Text Weather Reports - Airport/FIR/FDC/NOTAM - Route Analysis - Enroute Charge Reports (airway costs) - Stored Route Database Monthly flat fee desired. Period of Performance: 15 February 2002 - 30 September 2002 , 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Should the on-line service fail, a backup plan is required (for example : communication via facsimile).
