Description

The Defense Distribution Center, New Cumberland, PA intends to award a sole source purchase order to Flowmeter Services & EMC, Inc. for replacement parts for the Defense Distribution Center Norfolk, VA under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and other than full and open competition since Flowmeter Services is the only contractor known who can provide the replacement parts. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 14 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Proposals must include pricing for the following parts: Rotors 5 each - EMCO Part #TMP-910 100-010-U-DEV 3 each - EMCO Part #TMP-910 150-010-U-DEV 5 each - EMCO Part #TMP-910 150-020-U-DEV 5 each - EMCO Part #TMP-910 150-030-U-DEV 8 each - EMCO Part #TMP-910 150-040-U-DEV Pressure Transmitters 10 each - Ellison Co Part #ESIPGT PR3100 (0 PSI to 150 PSI) Electronic Boards 8 each - EMCO Part #PHD Vortex Stack 011065-1 8 each - EMCO Part #PHD Vortex Display 011079-2 Responses received without the requested information may be considered nonresponsive to this request. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon written responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be faxed to Linda Klinedinst at (717) 770-7591.
