Description

Electricity and ancillary services, for ultimate delivery to Scott AFB, Illinois ? 145,381,755 kWh. No award will be made to an offeror who at the time of award is not on the state approved list of retail electricity providers. A contract is anticipated for 12 months. The individual line item quantity will be as estimated in the schedule contained in the solicitation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. Additional requirements may be added by amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The RFP is available through the DESC-A electricity web site, http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMSolic.asp?SolicID=302.
