Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Fort Keogh Livestock and Range Laboratory located in Miles City, Montana requires providing and applying a nitrogen, phosphorous, and potassium blend of fertilizer. The period of performance shall be April 2002 in accordance with standard agricultural practices to provide uniform distribution of fertilizer over entire field. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M, EXCLUDING FEDERAL HOLIDAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SCHEDULED. OFFEROR'S SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING AND DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED ON THIS SOLICITATION. POTENTIAL OFFEROR'S ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE FAXED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER (970) 229-5531 AND REFERENCE SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-009-82HW-02. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Fax quotations are acceptable to Lee Shea (970) 229-5531 on or before February 12, 2002 by 5:00 P.M. (MST). This is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS is 422910 with a small business size of 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-009-82HW-02 which will be available on or about January 30, 2002. The anticipated award date is February 15, 2001. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
