Description

The Departmental Offices, U. S. Department of the Treasury, intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Working Council for Chief Financial Officers, Corporate Executive Board, for a one-year membership. The membership of this organization consists of functional heads of the world's largest and most progressive organizations. The center of the Working Council's work is research on the best demonstrated business and management practices that arise in most large, complex environments. The source of this research includes privileged access to over 1500 of the world's leading corporations developed over 22 years of proprietary, best practices research. All responsible sources that can provide equivalent membership services shall submit written quotations by close of business Tuesday, February 5, 2002. Organizations submitting quotes shall address the cost of the membership fee and a description of the services and materials that the fee includes.
