Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Telephonics Corporation, Farmingdale, NY 11735 for the acquisition of the following items: WRAs - Audio Management Computer P/N 760-2000-200 qty 2 each. SRAs - CPU CCA P/N 760-2138-001 qty 2 each, FDDI CCA P/N 760-2137-001 qty 2 each, Audio CCA P/N 700-1188-001 qty 2 each, Discrete CCA P/N 760-2145-001 qty 2 each, Mic/Headset CCA P/N 760-2144-001 qty 2 each, Power Supply A9 P/N 760-2080-100 qty 2 each, Power Supply A10 P/N 760-2085-100 qty 2 each, Power Supply A11 P/N 760-2070-100 qty 2 each, Power Supply A12 P/N 760-2075-100 qty 2 each, Power Supply A13 P/N 760-2090-100 qty 2 each. Delivery is approximately thirteen (13) months. The proposed acquisition is Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings. Telephonics Corporation holds all technical data rights to the PSE. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See note 22.
