Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Northrup Grumman Corporation of Bethpage, NY 11714, for flight testing and aircraft integration support for the NP2000 propeller. Northrup Grumman Corporation is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the E-2 and is, therefore, the only source that possesses the resources, in depth technical knowledge and technical data necessary to provide these services within the time required to meet the USN requirements.
