Description
YPC01190000949; NSN 4710-00-152-0881; Tube Assembly, Metal; P/N 323843-1 (Orlotronics Corp Cage 54267). Quantity of 10,000 each to be delivered to Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk within 180 days after date of contract. Quantity of 10,000 each to be delivered to Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, VA within 210 days after date of contract. Quantity of 6,025 each to be delivered to Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk, VA within 240 days after date of contract. Quantity of 3,975 each to be delivered to XU Def Dist Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA within 240 days after date of contract. Quantity of 10,000 each to be delivered to XU Def Dist Depot San Joaquin, Stockton, CA within 270 days after date of contract. All responsible sources may submit aon offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 05 February 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive rechnical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. (2304)(c)(1). Approved sources are: Orlotronics Corp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
