Description
Contractor to furnish labor, equipment and material to perform a short circuit analysis and coordination study on the entire electrical distribution system of the USSAH. The study is necessary to ascertain the proper settings for circuit breakers and transformer protectors to prevent overloading which would damage the electrical system and create a potential hazard to employees and residents. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 235310 and the Size Standard is $7 million. USSAH will evaluate each potential offeror in terms of its: (a) professional qualifications; (b) specialized experience; and (c) its specific technical approach and content proposed. Contract award will be based on the following evaluation factors of being technically acceptable, with past performance, and price tradeoff. The Government intends to award a contract to that offeror who is technically acceptable, has a satisfactory history of performance, and offers the lowest price to the Government. A less than satisfactory rating will be carried forward to the overall evaluation. The Government reserves the right to consider other projects performed by Offerors and identified to the Government through any and all means, including but not limited to customer surveys and comments from other Government agencies.
