You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C, Pam Myres, Contracting Officer, telephone number 256-842-0024, or FAX number 256-842-0024. PRON: AX2T1013AX, NSN: 4730-01-333-8431, PN: 172321-1, Quantity: 450 each applicable to the UH-60 turbine engine. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Cherry Point, NC. Required delivery is 450 each 120 Days After Award (DAA). This item is restricted to Hamil ton Sundstrand Corp., Cage Code: 55820, AAR Airframe And Accessories Group, Cage Code: 1Y249 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The Government intends to solicit only AAR Airframe and Accessories Group Inc. since Hamilton Sundstrand has identified them as the distributor of this product. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for futur e solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
