- Presolicitation Notice Date Submitted: 25 JAN 2002 OC-ALC/LIDIA DIR AIRBORNE ACCESSORIES 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AD297E TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3028. REPAIR/OVERHAUL C-141 Rudder Power Control Assembly SOL F34601-02-R-40106 P.O.C. Karen Stevens/LIDIA (405) 734-4622, e-mail karen.stevens@tinker.af.mil This is a requirement for Overhaul. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish overhaul, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the below listed miscellaneous valves. A firm fixed price Min/Max Quantity Requirements type contract is contemplated. The items and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: Overhaul NSN 1650 01 077 1216 P/N: 186454 and/or NSN: 1650 00 908 8501 P/N: 186453; Noun: Rudder Power Control Assembly; Applicable to C-141 aircraft; Minimum Quantity: 21 each; Maximum Quantity: 36 each. Item 0002: Over and Above Work; Item 0003: Data IAW DD1423s. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 11 FEB 2002, approximate closing date will be 11 MAR 2002. Deliveries are to be at a rate as follows: CLIN 0001: 5 each per month, 30 Days ARO reps and orders and shall be IAW instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment. Qualification requirements apply-Sole Source to Parker Hannifin Cage: 59211. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
