- Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the relocation of files, furniture from building 3, 2nd floor to building 1, 2nd floor. Boxes for 190 personnel shall be provided. This also includes moving of supplies, shelves, furniture and computer equipment from warehouse to building 3, 1st floor. STATEMENT OF WORK BUILDING 3 PERSONEL MOVE 1.0 SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and tools necessary for the relocation of files and furniture from building 3, 2nd floor to building 1, 2nd floor. Contractor shall provide 7 boxes/person for 190 personnel. Work includes the moving of supplies, office furniture, and computer equipment from the warehouse building to building 3, 1st floor. 2.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 2.1 The Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to ensure against damage to existing structures and Government property. Any damages to such shall be repaired or replaced, as approved by the Contracting Officer at no additional cost to the Government. 3.0 GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: 3.1 The Government will notify contractor of date to begin move at least 7 working days in advance. 3.2 The Government will identify in advance all furniture and files that will need to be moved. 4.0 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 4.1 Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment and tools to execute work in a timely manner 4.2 The Contractor shall execute work before/after working hours and between the days of Friday and Monday, so as not to interfere with program operation of the DFAS facility. Friday - Work can begin after 4:30pm and shall end at 6:00pm. Saturday/Sunday - Work shall be executed between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. 5.0 PREWORK: The Contracting Officer's Representative and Contractor will meet prior to beginning of work, to discuss operation procedure and schedule of work.
