- This is a notice of intent to award continuous antenna site rental for Land Mobile Radio Voice Networks/Antenna Site Rentals to the following sources as a commercial item under Simplified Acquisition Procedures: American Tower, Alexandria, VA; Mark Winkler Co, Alexandria, VA; International Tower, Long Beach, CA; and Broadcast Towers Inc, Dallas, TX. It is anticipated that the procurement actions will be for a base period of 12mos and 2 option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document exists. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice. Responses to this notifications should be received no later than January 25, 2002.
