- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This solicitation is not a set aside. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 511210. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency intends to issue a sole source award for full coverage maintenance on VMX Call Processing System, Model VMX200 to Avtex Technology Incorporated, per the list below for coverage from 1 February 2002 through 31 January 2003. The two systems are located in St. Louis at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399. System 1 Location: Human resources Type: Overture 200 Serial #: 200434 Voice Ports: 24 Integration Ports: DTMF Fax Channels: 8 Works: ACM, LCD, Host System 2 Location: South Second Street Type: Overture 200 Serial #: 204016 Voice Ports: 12 Integration Ports: CENTREX Software Features for both systems: Intramessaging, VoiceNet, Adaptive Integration, Single Digit Menus, Voice Forms, Incoming Call Restriction, FIFO Call Queuing, Names Directory, Network Names, FAX Mail Plus This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Interested persons offering the maintenance may identify their interest and capability by submitting a quote. The provisions of 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition with no addenda in addition to the provisions of 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with its offer. The clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items apply to this acquisition with no addenda. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. CBD Note 2 applies to this Acquisition.
