Description

NA This acquisition is to procure four (4) each Load Banks, NSN 6150-01-455-4207, Avtron model K675A, Part Number D26421. Delivery is required 105 days or better after contract award, FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. PACKAGING AND PACKING shall be IAW the contractor's best commercial packaging ASTM D 3951. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The assigned RFQ number is DAAB07-02-Q-D619. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisi ons are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. Award will be made to AVTRON Mfg. Inc., 7900 E. Pleasant Valley Rd., Independence, OH. Avtron is requested to provide a quote for Contract Line Item 0001AA (6150-01-455-4207), LOAD BANK. The offeror will be asked to complete Representations and Certifications that would ordinarily be included in the solicitation. There will be a 100% option for this item under the resultant contract that may be exercised up to 6 months after contract awa rd. Offerors are advised that the applicable clauses will be incorporated into the contract at time of contract award. A written quote is due no later than 2:00 PM EDT on 01 February 2002.
