REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: BRUSH CHIPPER FOR FORESTRY OPERATIONS Solicitation No. IFB-2002-007 The Presidio Trust, a Federal government corporation, is soliciting Quotations from qualified suppliers to provide a Brush Chipper for forestry operations via either direct purchase or three- (3-) year lease-to-own. The Presidio of San Francisco is a National Park. Brush Chipper shall be 18 inches with 250 horse power engine. Brush Chipper shall also have auto feed, variable feed, electric brake system, hydraulic swivel discharge, and hydraulic worm-gear winch features. Brush Chipper delivery required late February 2002 or ASAP. Bid package available approx. January 17, 2002 with Quotations due approx. January 30, 2002. DATES ARE TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Qualified small businesses are encouraged to respond. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
