- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs - Austin Automation Center requires the delivery, installation, and integration of hardware and software for Niksun brand products including Part Numbers NK-2001V (2 each), NK-526RO (2 each), NK-2001D (2 each), NK-2295 (4 each), NK-102TAP-UTP (5 each), and NK-3001D (1 each). Software integration services are required that are only available from the licensor, Niksun, Inc., 1100 Cornall Road, Monmouth Junction NJ 08852. This is the only notice that will be issued. No solicitation document is available. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Niksun)under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
