- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Convera for the following service: Renewal of software support and maintenance on a RetrievalWare 250 Concurrent User License including one (1) SDK, File Room, Documentum Synchronizer, and 1,700 TMS Sequoia Plug-Ins, Serial Number R00000000865. The period of performance is for twelve (12) months. All responsible sources that can provide and meet the above requirements shall submit written quotations by the due date referenced above. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used for this requirement. No solicitation will be issued for this requirement, therefore, request for such will be considered non-responsive. Evaluation/Award will be based on the acceptable quote that offers the best value to the government. The award will be made on a sole basis because the service is proprietary to the contractor.
