- This notice has been amended as follows: The closing date has been changed to January 17, 2002, with bid opening at 2:00pm. Please call Rita Hatley at (817)978-7076 for the answers to the questions that were asked during the site visit. NAICS Code 561730, Solicitation No.: GS-07P-02-UBC-1007. Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform grounds maintenance and related services at the Fort Worth Federal Center, 501 Felix Street, Fort Worth, Texas. Contract Period: March 1, 2002, through February 28, 2003, with provisions for four additional one-year periods. This is a performance-based acquisition, and will be acquired utilizing Sealed Bids. Anticipated release date of the invitation for bid (IFB) is December 11, 2001, with an anticipated receipt of IFB of January 11, 2002. Bid Opening is scheduled on or about January 11, 2002.
