Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with KBA-GIORI NORTH AMERICA, this procurement is for two week training course given by BDT Electronics/KBA-Giori on the Colortronic system at the Washington Facility in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(10.U.S.C 2304 (c) (1). See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR 13.106-3 shall be used.
