- NA 17. NSN: 1680-01-250-7921, PN: 10071195-102, Quantity: Minimum: 38 each/Maximum: 342 each, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the CH-47 Airframe / Power Train Unit. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texar kana TX and New Cumberland PA. The required delivery is 20 each 190 days after contract award (DACA) and 18 each per month therafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Honeywell Sensor And Guidance Products, 2600 Ridgway Parkway, Minnea polis MN.. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All offerors must meet prequalification require ments in order to be eligible for award. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description o f the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
