Bidset information is available on the Internet via htp://www.dscr.dla.mil/TDMD. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://asist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. First Article/preproduction approval required, Government testing. Sample quantity shall cnsist of three each. This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), option to extend term of contract (48 months). 210 days ARO, destination. Notes 22 and 26 apply. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
