Description: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to transport Home Medical Equipment (HME) and accessories and provide maintenance (repair, preventative, and cleaning) of HME and accessories within the Department of Veterans Affairs Beneficiaries residences, throughout the state of Indiana, parts of Ohio, and Illinois. Must be JCAHO accredited. Contract shall run from date of award with four additional option years. Solicitation will be issued on or about 1/23/02. Only written requests for the solicitation will be accepted and may be faxed to 317/554-0200.
