- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to place an order with Tschudi & Cie Ag. for Rigging Board. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. See numbered note 22. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the Simplified Purchase Threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
