- Description
- This project consists of develop, process, and place approximately 12,000 cubic meters of crushed aggregate. The aggregate will be placed over approximately 12.9 kilometers of forest road. The project is located on the Kake, Kupreanof Island, road system beginning approximately 13.2 kilometers south of the city of Kake. The estimated price range for the project is $100,000 to $250,000. The contract time is 180 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. the solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOps site at http://www/fedbizops.gov and the Tongass National Forest Internet Homepage at http://www/fs.fed.us/r10/tongass on or about February 8, 2002 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation by way of internet if possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation R10-05-02-04. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date.
