Description

Provide janitorial services for Naval Reserve Center, Central Point, Oregon. PRICE QUOTATIONS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS JANUARY 16, 2002. To schedule a site visit, contact SK1 Barry Zimmerman at (541) 772-2566. The Base Period is proposed for 02/01/2002 ? 9/30/2002, with four 12-month options. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. Business size standard: $12 million average annual receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years. Quotations received from large businesses will not be considered. FAR clause 52.232-33, PAYMENT BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER ? CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION is applicable.
