Description

Provide maintenance and operational checks on hot water heating boiler and associated equipment on weekly, monthly, and annual basis for Armed Forces Reserve Center, Yakima, WA. PRICE QUOTATIONS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS JANUARY 14, 2002. To schedule a site visit, contact S/Sgt Antonio Mares at (509) 575-6935. The Base Period is proposed for 01/15/2002 ? 9/30/2002, with four 12-month options. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 235110. Business size standard: $5 million average annual receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years. Quotations received from large businesses will not be considered. FAR clause 52.232-33, PAYMENT BY ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER ? CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION is applicable.
