Description

NA Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for a Job Order Contract in the 96th Regional Support Command (RSC) which will encompass the state of Colorado. Work consists of maintenance, repair, renovation, alte ration and new construction and may include all construction disciplines. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with four one year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guaran tees a minimum of $150,000.00 per year. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act, this is a competitive 8(a) procurement restricted to 8(a) firms located and serviced by the District Office in the state of Colorado. All other firms are deemed i neligible to submit bids. Eligible 8(a) firms may request a solicitation package in writing, via fax at (609) 562-6933 or via e-mail address in this announcement. No telephone requests will be accepted. The bid opening date is approximate only.
