Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for the completion of the software detail design, and integration and test of the AN/AQS-20 MH53 Console on a sole source basis to Raytheon Company, Naval and Maritime Systems, 1847 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 01871. These efforts were initiated under Naval Sea Systems Command contract N00024-99-C-6337. The government does not have any documentation for the software as it currently exists, making Raytheon the only company that can complete the design of this software. Note 22 applies.
