Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to modify and test twenty-five (25) Engine Condition Actuators, Part Number A15PS257-14 for the H-46 Engine Condition Control system upgrade program. The supplies/services cannot be obtained from any other supplier than Eaton Aerospace, because Eaton is the sole manufacturer of the A15PS257-14 Actuator. Eaton is the only qualified source with the technical capabilities to perform the required modification and test to meet the H-46 program requirements.
