Description

NA The Government plans to procure seven (7) Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight (MTADS)/Pilot?s Night Vision Sensor (PNVS) Upgrade Kits, initial spares, associated training, upgrades to the Apache Training Device Suites (TDS) and non-recurring su stainment (Lot 1); Option (Lot 1) Quantity Range 8-80 Upgrade Kits; initial spares, associated training, upgrades to the (TDS) and non-recurring sustainment; Option (Lot 2) Quantity Range 65-180 Upgrade Kits, initial spares, training, upgrades to the Apac he TDS and non-recurring sustainment. In addition, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) may be bought under this contract subject to Letter of Acceptance (LOA) approval. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Team Apache Syste ms (TAS) LLC, located in Orlando, FL, under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304?(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. There is no te chnical data package. Interested sources are encouraged to identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered Note(s) 22, 23
