- Description
- The Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command Atlantic, Norfolk, VA is seeking a firm capable of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision/management necessary to provide refuse collection, recycling and disposal services at the Coast Guard Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price type contract by 31 January 2002. The base period of performance will be on or about 1 February 2002 through 31 January 2003 with four (4) one year option periods, if exercised by the Government. This requirement is 100% unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 562111 with a size standard of $10 million. For the calculation of annual receipts and number of employees see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBA's Small Business Size Regulations, http://www.sba.gov/regulations/121/. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this office.
