Description: NA The work consists of maintenance and new work that includes pipeline (Shallow Draft) or Clamshell Dredging in the Houston Ship Channel and Restoration of Redfish Island. Contractor must furnish all plant, labor, equipment, material, and perform the operati ons to install quarry stone fill for the interior core and breakwater; riprap stone shore protection. Goals for minority participation for the NON-SMSA Counties of Chambers and Harris are 27.4 and 27.3 percent, respectively.
